The course covers applications of precision agriculture, including drone-based field mapping, soil and crop monitoring with IoT sensors, smart irrigation systems, automated machinery, and data analytics for yield prediction. Students will also gain insight into the software and platforms used to manage farm operations, along with challenges related to data ownership, connectivity, and rural tech adoption. With practical examples, simulation tools, and industry case studies, learners develop a strong foundation in how AgriTech is shaping the future of food production and enabling smarter, more resilient agricultural practices.
